A composite strip material made up of three layers: steel, porous bronze, and acetal resin polymer
1. POM with lubrication indents, 0.30-0.50mm
2. Sintered bronze layer 0.2 to 0.35mm thick
3. Steel backing
4. Surface protection, cooper plated coating approx 0.002mm thick
