1. Polytetrafluorethylene (PTFE)+fillers and polymer fibre, 0.01-0.03mm without lead
2. Sintered bronze layer 0.20-0.35mm
3. Steel backing
4. Surface protection, cooper/tin plated coating approx 0.002mm thick.
